Fifty-three young lawyers from all branches of Zhongcheng Qingtai Qingtai gathered in the mountains and seas to listen to the earnest teachings and experiences of industry leaders and law firm predecessors, effectively helping young lawyers to improve their practice concepts, practical skills and team cooperation ability.
This youth growth plan is launched with the special topic of legal advisers that most of all young lawyers will meet. Courses such as thinking, development and maintenance of legal advisers are set up to simulate the actual combat exercises of selecting and hiring legal advisers by client units. Star Salon is set up to fully enable all young lawyers to communicate freely and without boundaries. Outdoor canopy barbecue and evening parties at night fully release young people's outward talent, and set up may be the longest "sour" outdoor mountain hike in the life of young lawyers.

Topic Lecture to Pass on Knowledge
Wang Enguo, executive director of Zhongcheng Qingtai West Coast Institute, took "the thinking of legal advisers to break and break the situation" as the topic, focusing on the current situation of legal advisers, young lawyers' legal thinking, role transformation and business break and other main contents, to teach everyone his many years of practice experience summary and suggestions.
