Lawyer Wang Guangren Elected Vice President of Provincial Lawyers Association

The sixth Shandong lawyers' Congress was held on January 10, 2005. Leaders such as Gao Xinting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial CPC Committee, Duan Zhengkun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Director of Zhou Yuan Sheng of the Law Company, Director Chen Mingfu of the Provincial Department of Justice, Deputy Director Cheng Hui, President Gao Zongze of the National Law Association, Secretary General Jia Wuguang and other leaders attended the meeting in person. The conference elected a new council composed of 67 practicing lawyers. Comrade Yang Weicheng was elected as the president, and the old president Liang Dechao was hired as the honorary president. Lawyer Wang Guangren and five other lawyers of our institute were elected as the vice presidents. Lawyer Wang Guangren is the first vice president. At the same time, the new Bar Association set up a party committee, with Deputy Director Cheng Hui as Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Yang Weicheng as Deputy Secretary, lawyer Wang Guangren of our institute, Director Zhou Jie of the Department of Law Management of the Provincial Department, and Secretary General Guan Yongnian of the Provincial Bar Association as members.
