In order to give full play to the role of lawyers in the work of building a new socialist countryside, on the morning of May 17, our institute went to Suncun Town, Jinan High-tech Zone to conduct voluntary legal consultation and carry out activities of sending laws to the countryside.
In order to do a good job in this activity, our institute organized more than a dozen key lawyers to participate, distributed more than 3000 publicity materials on law popularization, and answered more than 230 legal consultations on the spot.
A family member of an active serviceman surnamed Tian lent more than 40000 yuan of compensation for land acquisition to others. When it was due, the other party refused to pay it. Due to illiteracy, the lawsuit encountered difficulties. During the consultation, the lawyer could not help crying bitterly. After patiently answering his legal questions, the lawyer consulted with the leaders of the town judicial office to properly solve the litigation agency problem for him and make the old man leave with satisfaction.
The Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Judicial Bureau of the Development Zone attach great importance to the activities of sending laws to the countryside. Zhang Min, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, Shao, director of the Judicial Bureau of the High-tech Zone, and other leaders made a special trip to the event site to visit the lawyers participating in the event.
