On July 14, 2006, I held the third partner meeting this year.
The meeting first reviewed and approved the report "Shandong Zhongchengrenhe Law Firm's Work Summary for the First Half of 2006 and Work Plan for the Second Half of 2006" made by Lawyer Wang Guangren, Chairman of the Partner Meeting. The report summarizes the achievements made in the two activities (socialist concept of honor and disgrace education activities and socialist concept of rule of law education activities), business development, striving for excellence, standardized management and service center, and high-quality service in the first half of the year from seven aspects, objectively analyzes the problems, deficiencies and reasons existing in the work in the first half of the year, and puts forward the main points of work in the second half of the year. The meeting decided to continue to implement the work policy of "both standardization and expansion" in the second half of the year, focusing on four aspects: business expansion, standardized management, quality improvement, and deepening reform.
The meeting also reviewed and approved in principle the "Report on the Work of the Executive Partner in the First Half of 2006" and the "Report on the Work of the Supervision and Management Committee in the First Half of 2006".
