From September 17 to 18, the fourth partner meeting of our institute in 2006 was held in Taishan hotel, Taian. The central topic of the meeting was "achieving a breakthrough in the development of law firms", which lasted for two days.
In recent years, our firm has developed rapidly and healthily, and has made remarkable achievements in the construction of the lawyer team, the culture and brand building of the lawyer firm, business development and professional development. All the work has been in the forefront of the provincial and municipal lawyer industry, and was awarded the first batch in 2005. "National Excellent Law Firm" honorary title. However, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the law firm, market expansion and business after several years of rapid growth, showing a relatively stagnant trend. How to accelerate development on the existing basis, achieve fundamental breakthroughs in market expansion, business specialization, distribution system, business quality management and risk control, standardized management, etc., and further strengthen and expand has become the central topic of this conference.
After full discussion, all partners reached a consensus on the basic principles of the reform and related major issues. The meeting was presided over by lawyer Wang Guangren, chairman of the partners' meeting, and all partners attended the meeting.
