At 09:30 on November 21, under the auspices of the Lanshan District people's Court of Linyi City (hereinafter referred to as Lanshan Court), the first creditors' meeting of Linyi Beicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beicheng Real Estate or debtor) bankruptcy reorganization case was successfully held by Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan as the administrator (member of the liquidation group).
On September 17, 2020, North City Real Estate applied to the Lanshan Court for reorganization on the grounds that it could not pay off its debts as they fell due and its assets were insufficient to pay off all its debts. On September 18, 2020, the Lanshan Court ruled to accept the reorganization case of Beicheng Real Estate, and on the same day appointed the Beicheng Real Estate Liquidation Group as the administrator of Linyi Beicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan as the administrator member. After the appointment, under the guidance and supervision of the Lanshan Court, in accordance with the "Enterprise Bankruptcy Law" and relevant laws and regulations, detailed work plans and plans were formulated in time to carry out bankruptcy management of the debtor, diligent and faithful to perform the duties of the manager.
At the meeting, the manager made the report on the performance of duties by the manager of Linyi Beicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., the report on submitting to the creditors' meeting to verify the creditor's rights, and the report on submitting to the creditors' meeting to review the remuneration plan of the manager. The property management plan of Linyi Beicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. was read out and submitted to the creditors' meeting for deliberation. The voting proposal was passed by a high vote.
After the first debt meeting, the manager will continue to carry out the follow-up work diligently and conscientiously, complete the examination and review of creditor's rights, continue to promote litigation and collection, do a good job in investor recruitment, formulate the draft reorganization plan, organize and prepare the second creditors' meeting, etc., to promote the smooth and orderly development of the reorganization case of Linyi Beicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of creditors.
