Lawyer Zhou Jiakui was invited by the Shanghe Bureau of Justice and the Bureau of Health to lecture on the Civil Code.
On the morning of November 4, lawyer Zhou Jiakui, deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, was invited to teach the Civil Code to the staff of Shanghe Justice Bureau and Health Bureau.
Lawyer Zhou introduced the historical status and legal significance of the Civil Code to the participants, and summarized 30 highlights of the Civil Code for key interpretation. Among them, the general part focuses on the interpretation of the civil rights capacity of the fetus, as well as the provisions of special legal persons, and the sub-section focuses on the interpretation of the new systems established by the code legislation, such as the right of residence system, the land management system and so on.
Lawyer Zhou's explanation was highly targeted, profound and simple, professional and funny, and achieved good results. The atmosphere of learning and discussion at the meeting was warm. After the meeting, there were still participants who continued to consult and discuss legal issues related to the Civil Code with lawyers Zhou.
