Dynamic | Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office conducts the ninth business training, inviting young lawyers from Guangxi for learning and exchange.

On October 30, the 9th business training session for 2024 was successfully held at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office. More than ten young lawyer colleagues from Guangxi were specially invited to participate in an in-depth study and discussion on legal matters related to funds. This training was organized by the Business Executive Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, with the Financial Departments I and II handling the arrangements. Deng Pu, the Director of the Human Resources Executive Committee and Senior Partner, Chen Xiaotong, a member of the Business Executive Committee and Senior Partner, and Partner Yu Yue attended the event.

On October 30, the 2024 ninth business training of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office was successfully held, with special invitations extended to more than ten young lawyer colleagues from Guangxi to engage in in-depth learning and discussions on fund legal affairs. This training was organized by the business executive committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, with the first and second financial departments undertaking the event. Deng Pu, the director of the human resources executive committee and a senior partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, along with Chen Xiaotong, a member of the business executive committee and a senior partner, and partner Yu Yue participated in this event.

During the event, Zhang Jian, the director of the fund business center and a partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, shared his experiences on the topic of "Legal Practices Related to Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds." Lawyer Zhang Jian provided an in-depth analysis of the difficulties and hot topics in fund legal practices, covering aspects such as the essence of funds, classifications of private equity and venture capital funds, fund operation models, government guidance funds, and common legal issues in private equity and venture capital fund investments. Participants engaged in enthusiastic discussions, expressing that they benefited greatly.

The successful holding of this business training is a strong practice of cross-regional communication between Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office and lawyer colleagues from Guangxi. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office will actively promote resource sharing and complementary advantages among the legal profession, working together to advance the high-quality development of the legal industry and contribute to the construction of a rule-of-law China.
