Good news | Lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office won the third prize in the team category at the Shandong Provincial Bar Association's provincial-level lawyer debate competition.

To promote mutual learning and common progress among legal professionals, and to strengthen the professional capabilities of the lawyer community, the Shandong Provincial Bar Association successfully held the provincial direct lawyer debate competition in Jinan on November 1. Lawyers Song Xiangxiao, Zhao Jiao, Meng Qingning, and Zhao Lu from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan participated in this event and won the third prize in the team category. Among them, lawyer Meng Qingning was awarded the title of "Best Debater."
To promote mutual learning and common progress among legal professionals, and to strengthen the professional capabilities of the lawyer team, on November 1st, the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association held a provincial debate competition in Jinan. Lawyers Song Xiangxiao, Zhao Jiao, Meng Qingning, and Zhao Lu from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan participated in this event and won the third prize in the team category. Among them, lawyer Meng Qingning was awarded the title of "Best Debater."
In the preliminary round, focusing on the debate topic "Does Wang Hai constitute fraud or theft?", our debaters conducted an in-depth analysis from three aspects: deceptive behavior, misunderstanding, and property loss, leveraging their solid legal foundation and keen case insight. In the semi-finals, the debate topic shifted to "Is insurance fraud established?", with intense exchanges between both sides elevating the atmosphere to a climax. Our debaters discussed from multiple dimensions including subjective aspects, objective aspects, and relational connections, and their brilliant arguments received unanimous praise from judges and the audience.
After fierce competition, our lawyers, through excellent teamwork and outstanding performances, won the "Third Prize" in this debate competition. Among them, lawyer Meng Qingning stood out with his quick responses, clear logic, and superb debating skills, earning the title of "Best Debater," adding a significant highlight to both the law firm and his personal career.
"A debate of a single word is heavier than the treasures of nine tripods; a tongue of three inches is stronger than a million troops." The truth becomes clearer through debate, and thinking expands through discussion. Each debater showcased their professional depth in the heated exchanges, while the judges enhanced the value of the debate through their professional comments. This debate competition fully demonstrated the spirit and professional level of our lawyers. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with fellow lawyers to jointly promote the prosperous development of the legal profession.
