Recently, Li Heng, the deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, was invited to attend the "Born to be 'New', Building Dreams in Spring City" 2024 Jinan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry Development and Investment Promotion Conference, and was appointed as a member of the expert think tank for the development of the housing and urban-rural construction industry in Jinan.

This conference released the Jinan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry Development Report and announced the establishment of the Jinan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry Development Expert Think Tank. At the conference, experts from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development delivered keynote speeches on the theme of "Good Houses". Meanwhile, Jinan's housing and urban-rural development projects are open for investment promotion nationwide.
The establishment of the Jinan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry Development Expert Think Tank aims to implement the relevant work requirements of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on accelerating the development of the housing and urban-rural development industry, to better leverage the guiding and consulting role of the expert think tank in the development of the housing and urban-rural development industry, improve the planning of housing and urban-rural development projects, precise investment promotion, and innovative development levels, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the housing and urban-rural development industry.
