Dynamic | Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office successfully held a welcome seminar for interns from the School of Law, Shandong Jianzhu University.

On March 5th, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School of Shandong Jianzhu University, Yu Zhiyun, Vice Dean Wang Cuimin, and Director of the Student Work Department Liu Yanfei, along with 12 outstanding law students, visited the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office. The director of the management committee, Du Wentang, the deputy director, Shi Guangbo, the director of the HR committee, Deng Pu, the deputy director of the HR executive committee, Zhang Jian, and the deputy director of the administrative office, Liu Juan, warmly welcomed the visiting teachers and students and held a welcome seminar.

Director Deng Pu presided over this seminar. At the meeting, Director Du Wentang warmly welcomed the arrival of the teachers and students from the Law School of Shandong Jianzhu University and introduced the History and Business Scope of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office; Director Shi Guangbo further introduced the basic situation of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office and stated that the law firm attaches great importance to the construction of the talent team, expressing high expectations for the arrival of the interns. He hopes that students can deepen their understanding of the law firm and the legal profession through internships, closely integrating theoretical knowledge with practice; Director Zhang Jian introduced the intern training plan and expectations, stating that the firm will assign a senior lawyer as a mentor for each student.

Secretary Yu Zhiyun expressed gratitude for the valuable internship opportunities provided by the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office and highly praised the professional strength and cultural atmosphere of the law firm. He encouraged students to abide by discipline and norms, strive to improve themselves, and hoped to continue deepening cooperation with the law firm to contribute to the cultivation of legal talents. Dean Wang Cuimin summarized the overall situation of the intern team, and the attending students introduced their respective legal practice experiences and learning expectations, expressing their anticipation for this internship opportunity. Director Du Wentang made a concluding speech, putting forward specific requirements for the interns, stating that he hopes students can work diligently, dress appropriately, communicate promptly when encountering problems, cherish the internship opportunity, and demonstrate excellent qualities.
