On the afternoon of June 30, the 14th session of "Quancheng Release Hall" was held, titled "Rule of Law Quancheng Model Power" - the announcement of the third "Top Ten Legal Figures in Jinan" and the "Law Heart Towards the Party" celebration of July 1 at Jinan Radio and Television Station. This event was hosted by the Office of the Comprehensive Law-Based Governance Committee of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Publicity Department of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Political and Legal Committee of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Office of the Jinan Municipal Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee, the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Jinan Law Society, and the Jinan Lawyers Association. Leaders from the Provincial Department of Justice, the Municipal Committee, the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, the Municipal People's Procuratorate, the Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Committee, as well as representatives of lawyers from the city, attended the event. The event announced the winners of the third "Top Ten Legal Figures in Jinan", "Top Ten Young Lawyers in Jinan", "Top Ten Public Welfare Law Firms in Jinan", and "Top Ten Public Welfare Lawyers in Jinan". Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm was awarded "Top Ten Public Welfare Law Firms in Jinan", and Wang Yan, a senior partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, was awarded "Top Ten Young Lawyers in Jinan".
Since its establishment, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office has bravely undertaken social responsibilities and actively participated in social welfare. It has long served social welfare organizations such as the Women's Federation, Disabled Persons' Federation, and Red Cross Society; established "Education Scholarships" and "Research Project Funds" in many universities in the province, donating hundreds of thousands of yuan and co-building "Teaching Practice Bases" with universities; actively participated in the construction of the Hope Project, donating to build Hope Primary Schools for lawyers, and tirelessly donating money and goods to impoverished and disaster-stricken areas; Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers actively engage in the "One Village (Community) One Legal Advisor" initiative, providing targeted assistance; they also actively undertake legal aid obligations, whether it is the "1+1 Legal Aid" organized by the Ministry of Justice or the "Legal Aid Activities in Counties Without Lawyers", Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers always take on heavy responsibilities.

Huang Guili, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jinan Municipal People's Congress, and Sun Shihui, Deputy Minister in charge of daily work at the Publicity Department of the Jinan Municipal Committee and Director of the Municipal Civilization Office, presented awards to the recipients of "Top Ten Young Lawyers in Jinan". After the award ceremony, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Orchestra and the Zhongcheng Qingtai Choir performed to celebrate July 1, participating in the "Law Heart Towards the Party" performance event.
The Zhongcheng Qingtai Orchestra performed the original song "Please Remember Me" by lawyers Li Zhenzhong, Zhang Jian, Sun Guangming, Zhao Lu, and others. The song is set against the backdrop of the Nanchang Uprising, with melodious singing, commemorating history and paying tribute to the martyrs.
At the same time, several lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai participated in the Jinan Lawyers Association Choir, singing songs such as "Party Membership Oath" and "Shandong Lawyers' Song", with powerful singing that brought the atmosphere of the event to a climax.
This award is a high recognition of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm's active participation in legal public welfare and service to national and local key work. In the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers will continue to strive for the public interest, steadfastly uphold fairness and justice, move forward courageously, fulfill their mission, and illuminate the light.
