From November 16 to 17, the 19th East China Lawyers Forum was held in Anhui. This forum was hosted by the Lawyers Associations of six provinces and one city in East China and organized by the Anhui Lawyers Association. More than 160 lawyer representatives from the six provinces and one city in East China gathered in Hefei to participate in this grand event. Lawyer Guan Xin from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, as an award-winning lawyer representative, was invited to attend this forum with the Shandong lawyer delegation.

This forum was hosted by the lawyer associations of six provinces and one city in East China and organized by the Anhui Provincial Lawyer Association. More than 160 lawyer representatives from the six provinces and one city in East China gathered in Hefei to participate in the event. Lawyer Guan Xin from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, as an award-winning lawyer representative, was invited to join the Shandong lawyer delegation to attend this forum.

The paper "Analysis of Practical Problems in Government Information Disclosure by Public Security Organs and Suggestions for the Reconstruction of the Administrative Review System" written by Lawyer Guan Xin from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office won the second prize for excellent papers at this forum. At the meeting, Lawyer Guan Xin delivered a keynote speech based on this paper in the second sub-forum, engaging in interactive exchanges with lawyer colleagues from the six provinces and one city in East China, receiving unanimous praise from both the reviewers and fellow lawyers.

Dai Jinxuan, Vice President of the Anhui Provincial Lawyer Association, stated in the closing speech that this forum presented distinct characteristics of "exchanging ideas, a hundred schools of thought contending; rich results, a hundred flowers blooming; making friends through literature, a hundred rivers returning to the sea." It was a forum where practical experience and theoretical discussion intertwined, jointly seeking high-quality development of the legal profession.
