In June of this year, the Youth Committee of the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Party Branch of the Research Department of the Provincial Law Society, the Party Branch of the Enterprise and Commercial Law Research Association of the Provincial Law Society, and the Community Party Committee of the New District jointly held a themed Party Day event titled "Youth Volunteer Action, Political and Legal Responsibility." Lawyer Zhang Kai, Deputy Director of the Public Welfare Execution Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, was invited to participate in this event, where he conducted a legal lecture on the "Civil Code" in daily life, distributed legal publicity materials, and answered legal questions for community residents. After the successful completion of this lecture, the "Love Legal Volunteer Team" of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office did not stop its efforts in legal education but used this as an opportunity to further enhance its outreach to the community and promote legal knowledge.

After the successful holding of this lecture, the "Love Legal Volunteer Team" of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office did not stop its legal education efforts, but instead used this as an opportunity to further strengthen its efforts to deepen into the community and popularize legal knowledge.
To enhance the awareness and ability of community staff and residents to learn, abide by, and use the law, on November 7, Lawyer Zhang Kai, along with relevant responsible comrades from the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission's Stability Guidance Center and the Provincial Law Society, held a discussion at the Baihua Park Community in Shanda Road Street, Licheng District. During the discussion, Lawyer Zhang Kai communicated with the community's two committees regarding the community's committee re-election and common legal issues. Lawyer Zhang Kai stated that in the future, lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office will provide legal consultations to the community as needed.
To further improve the legal awareness of community residents, on November 13, the Party Branch of the Legal Affairs Department of the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the Party Branch of the Research Department of the Provincial Law Society, and the Dianliu Community Committee of Shanda Road Street in Licheng District held a legal lecture activity titled "Legal Education Promotion into the Community, Legal Awareness Enriching Hearts." Leaders such as Jiang Yuanqiao, Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Zhang Yaoguo, Director of the Research Department of the Shandong Provincial Law Society, as well as community comprehensive party committee secretaries and relevant staff attended this event. Lawyer Zhang Kai was invited to conduct a lecture on cases from the "Civil Code."
During the lecture, Lawyer Zhang Kai introduced typical cases commonly found in the community through case analysis, providing in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations on legal issues such as borrowing and guarantees, responsibilities of co-drinkers due to drinking, the definition of joint debts of spouses, and responsibilities for objects thrown from heights, and answered other legal questions raised by the audience.
This series of legal education activities has brought the "Civil Code" closer to community residents, helping each resident to clearly and thoroughly understand common legal issues in daily life, and creating a good atmosphere in the jurisdiction where people consciously abide by the law, seek legal help when encountering issues, and rely on the law to solve problems.
In the next step, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office will earnestly implement the central deployment and the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, focusing on legal education, legal assistance, and serving the people, to safeguard the rights and interests of the people, serve the community, resolve conflicts and disputes, and promote social harmony and stability. Members of the "Love Legal Volunteer Team" will continue to carry forward the public welfare spirit of Zhongcheng Qingtai lawyers, providing high-quality and efficient legal services to grassroots and the public, serving the people, contributing to society, and contributing to the comprehensive rule of law.
