Upward, outward, and toward the new: The 2025 Zhongcheng Qingtai Partner Conference is grandly held in Xishuangbanna

Spring is halfway through, and the world is fragrant. On March 20th, during the beautiful spring equinox of 2025, the 2025 annual partner meeting of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm was grandly held. More than 260 partners gathered in the scenic Xishuangbanna to review the fruitful achievements and valuable experience of various tasks in 2024, and to draw a new blueprint for high-quality development in 2025.

More than 260 partners gathered in the scenic Xishuangbanna to review the fruitful achievements and valuable experience of various tasks in 2024, and to plan a new blueprint for high-quality development in 2025.

The meeting was presided over by Duan Chao, chairman of the partners' meeting, and the agenda proceeded in an orderly manner. The meeting voted on the admission, promotion, and withdrawal of partners in 2025, listened to and deliberated on the various work reports of the law firm in 2025, deliberated and voted on the resolution to establish the Zhongcheng Qinggai Laxi office, and elected members of the new management body of the law firm and other related matters.

Han Honggang, director of the general office, delivered a 2024 annual work summary speech themed "Upholding Integrity, Focusing on the Big Picture, Carrying the Torch and Striving for the Forefront." He addressed the firm's Party building work, firm construction, social and public welfare activities, deficiencies and problems, and future expectations. He stated that in 2024, faced with the severe challenges facing the legal profession, Zhongcheng Qinggai Law Firm adhered to its original aspirations, steadily advanced, and strived for innovation, fully demonstrating its spirit of dedicated pursuit of dreams. In the future, he hoped that all colleagues would continue to promote the high-quality development of the law firm with full enthusiasm and professional competence.

Yu Wei, deputy director of the Financial Committee, delivered the 2024 annual financial settlement report; Shi Guangbo, deputy director of the Financial Committee, delivered the 2025 annual general office financial budget report; Yao Huming, chairman of the Supervisory Board, delivered the 2024 annual supervisory board work report. All the above reports were successfully passed by the partners' deliberation and voting.

Geng Guoyu, director of the new management committee, deployed the key points of the law firm's work in 2025, focusing on five aspects: promoting international development; building a national cooperation platform; stabilizing the basic development; building new productive forces; and achieving high-quality integration.

Gong Lixin, the new director of the general office, delivered a speech themed "Upward, Outward, and Toward the New." Focusing on three core points: "high-end + high quality, national + international, artificial intelligence + emerging ecosystem," he clarified the development direction of the law firm and emphasized the development goals of the law firm around two key points: "promoting the construction of 'five modernizations' and achieving the law firm's 'ten, hundred, thousand' plan."

Finally, Qiao Aijun, vice chairman of the Supervisory Board, delivered a supervisory report on behalf of the Supervisory Board. The conference successfully completed all the items on the agenda.
