On March 20, the "2025 Low-Altitude Industry Development Forum and Low-Altitude Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Show" was held at the Taihao (Jinan) Military and Civilian Integration Industrial Park. This event was guided by the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs, hosted by the Jinan High-tech Zone Social Affairs Department and Taihao Group Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Zhongcheng Qingtong Jinan Office. More than 100 representatives from relevant functional departments, low-altitude industry enterprises from across the province, and professional service agencies gathered to explore new ideas, opportunities, and futures for the operation and development of low-altitude industry enterprise clusters. At the event, lawyer Wang Yan delivered a keynote speech titled "Opportunities and Challenges in the Trillion-Dollar Blue Ocean of the Low-Altitude Economy under a Compliant Vision", providing an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges in the compliant development of the low-altitude economy. He pointed out that the low-altitude economy has developed rapidly in recent years and has become an important growth pole for achieving high-quality economic development in the province. According to the "Shandong Province Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Low-Altitude Economy (2025-2027)", Shandong is using innovation as its core to promote the development of the low-altitude economy toward high-end, intelligent, and integrated directions.
