Dynamic | Young lawyers from Guangxi successfully completed their study and exchange work at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office.

According to the overall arrangement of the Ministry of Justice, with close cooperation from the Shandong Provincial Lawyers Association and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Lawyers Association, on October 14, outstanding lawyers from Guangxi, Huang Wenwei, Wang Ying, and Bei Xueyan, arrived at Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office to engage in a month-long study and exchange program. During this period, lawyers from Shandong and Guangxi will conduct in-depth discussions on matters such as party building work, platform construction, talent cultivation, business cooperation, and collaborative development.

During this period, lawyers from Shandong and Guangxi engaged in in-depth discussions on party building work, platform construction, talent cultivation, business cooperation, and collaborative development.

On November 11, marking the end of a month of study and exchange for Guangxi lawyers, the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office held a summary exchange seminar for the Guangxi lawyers, congratulating the three lawyers on successfully completing their study and exchange work at the Jinan office. Han Honggang, the director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, Jinan office director Geng Guoyu, management committee director Du Wentang, deputy director Shi Guangbo, and deputy director of the human resources committee Zhang Jian and committee member Yu Yue attended the seminar.

At the beginning of the event, Director Geng Guoyu congratulated the young lawyers from Guangxi on successfully completing this study and exchange task. Director Du Wentang provided an in-depth interpretation and explanation of the operation and professional development of Zhongcheng Qingtai.

The Guangxi lawyers expressed their gratitude for the careful arrangements and care provided by Zhongcheng Qingtai for this study and exchange activity, and shared their gains and experiences during the study period, especially praising the Jinan office's culture of nurturing young lawyers and its characteristics of mentorship. Subsequently, the lawyers from both sides fully and meticulously communicated and envisioned the opportunities and prospects for cooperation based on the characteristics of the legal service markets in both regions and their respective geographical advantages.

The month-long study and exchange was exciting and fulfilling. During this period, the Guangxi lawyers participated in a lot of practical work in the securities market alongside the capital market team.

Lawyers Huang Wenwei and Bei Xueyan also participated in the third phase of Zhongcheng Qingtai's "Guanghe Xingchen·Youth Growth Program" training camp. "The youth training camp is an unforgettable experience in my life; it not only allowed me to gain knowledge and skills but also helped me meet many interesting friends," wrote lawyer Bei Xueyan in her reflections, noting that every class and practical exercise during the training was immensely beneficial. Bei Xueyan also won two awards, the "Charming Star" and "Style Star," for her outstanding performance in this phase of the youth growth program.

Having friends across the seas makes the distance seem close. Throughout the study and exchange period, lawyers from Shandong and Guangxi learned from each other and complemented each other, which not only promoted the improvement of business levels and the expansion of business radiation but also forged deep friendships. Zhongcheng Qingtai will also take this study and exchange as an opportunity to further summarize experiences and strive to promote greater achievements in the collaborative development of the legal profession in the eastern, central, and western regions.
