On November 14, Jiang Huali, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai, along with Sun Xiaoming, Senior Partner of Weihai Office, and Zhang Lihua, Director of the Securities and Capital Markets Business Center in the Qingdao area, visited Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office for a discussion and exchange. Du Wentang, Deputy Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, warmly welcomed them, and directors of various business departments and lawyer representatives from the Jinan Office participated in this seminar.

Accompanied by Director Du Wentang and others, Director Jiang Huali and her team visited the office environment, conference hall, party building wall, honor wall, mock courtroom, and other areas of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office, gaining insights into the development plan, system construction, and brand building of the Jinan Office.
During the seminar, Director Du Wentang introduced the extensive layout of the Jinan Office in the legal service field, including core business sectors, professional training mechanisms, and the construction and development of industry teams; Director Jiang Huali introduced the recent business development of the Weihai Office; Director Zhang Lihua discussed common issues summarized by the Securities and Capital Markets Business Center during years of service to listed companies, such as fund occupation, related party transactions, false financial records, and information disclosure violations, as well as the 2023 investigations and administrative penalties by the Securities Regulatory Commission, and the situation of listed companies' semi-annual reports in 2024. He also highlighted various legal service products developed by the business center, especially legal services for mergers and acquisitions of listed companies and mock on-site inspections for listed companies.
During the exchange session, the attending lawyers engaged in in-depth discussions around their respective areas of expertise, including foreign-related legal services, corporate investment and financing, family inheritance, human resources compliance, and criminal defense. Both sides not only introduced their professional teams and successful cases but also exchanged valuable opinions on how to further improve service quality and deepen cross-regional cooperation, looking forward to the development prospects of the law firm.
This visit and exchange effectively promoted business communication among the three branches of Zhongcheng Qingtai, providing a valuable opportunity for resource sharing, complementary advantages, and collaborative development.
